Rick Davenport better known as Jazzric is an independent producer, arranger, vocalist and instrumentalist. He specializes in composing original organic sounds fully customized to suit the needs of each individual client.

Jazzric is a musician that covers the full spectrum within the industry. He has an edgy and stunning ability to blend oldschool music with the new. His soulful, melodic vocals lend to positive lyrics and jazzy/R&B flavors with hip-hop beats and electronic sounds. While his instrumental forte is guitar, with the addition of keyboard and drums he creates a sound that is warm and organic but has space and texture. For Jazzric it's about creating music with a unique sound and distinct groove that is both riveting and gravitating. He wants to take the listener on a journey to a place of thought, a time of emotion, or maybe imagination; it's about making a statement of faith, truth, hope, honesty, respect and love. As an independent professional his goal is to provide the buyer with something fresh. Something that goes beyond what is expected or anticipated yet blends and flows seamlessly to satisfaction.

Recently, Jazzric started an Independent  Music Production Company entitled "Rick N’em Records." His new dreams of writing, recording and producing music for others are now becoming a reality, and taking primary focus as a new music venture!  His work ethic reflects that.  As an independent musician and seasoned songwriter, he is offering an extensive catalog of music to suit various needs. From vocal to instrumental works for Commercial, Film, and Websites to music that can be customized for Performing Artist. Jazzric is driven by his passion and works diligently at making the material he produces viable for today’s market!

Jazzric produced and released his first EP, "Tippin Out" in 2010. His long awaited CD, entitled "DAZE" is set to be released in Febuary of 2011, both through "Rick N'em Records".  "DAZE" will feature various styles of music which showcase Jazzric’s many talents in every aspect from start to finish. With dedication and love, Jazzric displays the value and quality each note and verse deserves.
